Artist Statement

 

          As a photographer, my goal is to capture the balance and the essence of my subjects. I have always found myself fascinated by details that are surrounded by fashion accessories and makeup styles. My future plan is to work with influential fashion industries, working with accessories worn by men and women to further explore my interests. I find myself immersed in photography presented in commercial fashion periodicals when I am looking for inspiration, therefore my body of work reflect its style and format. As an artist, I am always pursuing to encourage my viewers to find a new perspective when approaching my artwork. I feel the most successful when my viewer questions how I reached certain conclusions in my pieces. With such encouragements, I continue to push the unique aspects presented in my photography. I am constantly pushing my limits by innovating cliché techniques with my own.
